Bewegte Tage liegen hinter uns. Viele tausend Menschen haben am 06. / 07. August versucht die Räumung direkt im Schillerkiez zu verhindern, haben sich außerhalb davon mit verschiedensten Aktionen solidarisch gezeigt und auf Demonstrationen am Nachmittag und am Abend nach der Räumung ihre Trauer und Wut auf die Straße getragen.

Was alles passiert ist, was dabei gut und schlecht lief muss ausgewertet werden. Was jedoch jetzt schon klar ist, ist das das Eintreten gegen die Räumung eine Vielzahl an Anzeigen und Festnahmen nach sich gezogen hat und noch nach sich ziehen kann.

Wir sind solidarisch mit allen, die im Rahmen unseres bisherigen Kampfes und den Protesten gegen unsere Räumung Repression erfahren haben und wir wollen dem genauso begegnen, wie wir bisher den Kampf um den Erhalt des Syndikats geführt haben: gemeinsam & solidarisch.

Wir unterstützen euch mit all unseren Möglichkeiten: finanziell, durch Vermittlung von und Begleitung zu Beratungen und Anwält:innen, durch Prozessbegleitung, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, oder emotionalen Support, soweit es unsere Kapazitäten erlauben und natürlich alles nach euren Wünschen und Bedürfnissen.

Nächste Woche veröffentlichen wir noch ein Spendenkonto, wo ihr für alle anfallenden Repressions-Kosten spenden könnt.

Schon jetzt gilt:

Meldet euch bitte möglichst zeitnah bei uns, wenn ihr im Kontext der Syndikat-Räumung Anzeigen bekommen habt, oder festgenommen wurdet. So erhalten wir frühzeitig einen Überblick, wieviele Menschen betroffen sind und können unsere Soli-Strukturen dementsprechend aufbauen, bis es ernst wird.

• Nutzt wenn möglich bitte verschlüsselte Mails.(PGP-Key)
• Schreibt uns bitte nicht was ihr eventuell getan, oder nicht getan habt. Sondern ausschließlich was euch vorgeworfen wird, wo die polizeiliche Maßnahme stattgefunden hat und ggf. ob ihr direkt vor Ort behandelt, oder auf eine Wache / Gefangenensammelstelle gebracht wurdet.
• Aber schreibt gerne, wenn ich euch jetzt schon z.B. emotionale Unterstützung, oder ein Austausch-Treffen mit anderen Betroffenen wünscht, dann können wir ggf. vermitteln oder nach Bedarf etwas organisieren.

Wenn ihr unsicher seid, was jetzt folgt und wie ihr darauf reagieren müsst, wenn erste Briefe von Polizei und/oder Staatsanwaltschaft kommen, nutzt die Beratungen der Roten Hilfe oder des Ermittlungsausschuss (EA) Berlin.

Wenn ihr Post von Polizei / Staatsanwaltschaft bekommt, egal ob Aufforderung zur Aussage, Vorladungen oder Strafbefehle:

Lasst euch schnellstmöglich bei einer der oben genannten Beratungsstellen beraten. Achtet darauf keine Fristen zu versäumen. Und meldet euch bei uns! Bei allen der genannten Stellen erhaltet ihr auch Hinweise zu solidarischen Anwält:innen.

Turbulent days lie behind us. Many thousands of people tried to prevent the eviction directly in the Schillerkiez on August 6th/7th, showed their solidarity with various actions outside of it and took their grief and anger to the streets at demonstrations in the afternoon and evening after the eviction.

What happened, what went well and badly must be evaluated. But what is already clear is that the resistance against the eviction has led and can still lead to many charges and arrests.

We are in solidarity with all those who have experienced repression in the course of our struggle and the protests against our eviction and we want to counter this in the same way as we have been fighting to keep the Syndikat alive: together and in solidarity.

We support you with all our possibilities: financially, by arranging and accompanying you to consultations and lawyers, by accompanying you through the process, public relations, or emotional support, as far as our capacities allow it and of course everything according to your wishes and needs.

Already now applies:

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received legal notices in the context of the Syndikat eviction or have been arrested. This way we get an early overview of how many people are affected and can build up our soli structures accordingly until things get serious.

• Please do not write us what you may or may not have done. But only what you are accused of, where the police action took place and if necessary whether you were treated on the spot or brought to a police station / prisoner collection point.
• But write gladly, if I wish you already now e.g. emotional support, or an exchange meeting with other affected persons, then we can mediate if necessary or organize something as required.

If you are unsure about what will happen next and how to react when the first letters from the police and/or public prosecutor’s office arrive, use the advice of the Rote Hilfe or the Ermittlungsausschuss (EA) Berlin.
